Hi, I've taken diet pills in the past and the results were outstanding but once I stopped taking them I gained the weight I lost and more. Also, you gave to be careful of what's in those pills. I use to take Hydroxycut several years ago before they improved it they said. I did t have an appetite. I was barely eating anything at all!!!! I lost the weight and my heart would race a lot and little did I know people were having heart attacks and dying!!!!!
I want to lose weight so badly, but I want to be healthy while losing it. There is no quick fix those same few pounds you lost taking diet pills, you can lose it without them. It's not worth it because you don't no the long-term affect it will have on your body. People use natural and those terms similar too loosely and when you do your research then you find out something totally different.
I would suggest you doing it the old fashion way because it's the safest route. You're headed in the right direction with logging your food, meal prep is great and I'm doing better with it myself because you make wisely choices that way. Get to moving and start working out. I started back getting right "clean eating" is what I call it for over a week now. I will start to incorporate my workouts on next week.
It's a process!!!! You didn't gain it overnight and you won't lose it overnight. Set small goals for yourself. Like me, I started with my clean eating and meal prep this past week. I measure out my meals and prepare them everyday. Next week, I will incorporate workouts.
Also, set realistic weight loss goals for yourself! I want to lose between 8-10 per month and so on.....
You can definitely do this and WITHOUT diet pills!!!!
Best wishes to you on your weight loss journey!!!!!!
