Renewed efforts-c25k and ddp yoga

Hi! I'm Jennifer from Virginia. After turning 30 and being told that I am headed toward a diabetic future (love the sweets :( I do), I and my husband are planning to start renewed efforts toward walking/running and the ddp yoga and diet plan (gluten and dairy free, mostly plant based). We started previously in March and while he lost 10 lbs that he was able to keep off, sitting around administering tests for a month and chewing on chocolate bars left me almost ten pounds heavier! My hubs has 115 lbs to lose and I have 50 lbs to lose! Looking for like minded individuals who are doing either the walking/running, ddp yoga, or just eating gluten-dairy free to keep up our motivation levels!

    Hi! We're in the same boat! I have 50lbs to lose. My husband and I are also doing DDP yoga and are going to attempt the ddp diet plan as well. I'm extremely motivated because we've been trying to start a family for a while now and I know getting in better physical shape should help us! (I also live in VA!)

    Both times I conceived I had just lost 10 pounds and my husband was eating healthier!
