Hello everyone! I have 20lbs to go after losing 50, any tips?

I took the slow route and lost 50 pounds so far in two years.
I took my time because I felt that patience was the best way for me.
Now I have about 20 more to go (mostly in my tummy and midsection) and I'm getting antsy now lol
Any tips to ramp things up without too much heavy working out (I have a back injury but do enjoy yoga) would be great!
Thanks in advance

I've had it before (hurts my stomach too much and not a good idea for healthy weight loss). I'm not really into crash dieting or laxatives. I lost weight the old fashioned way to begin with, was just wondering if I was missing something. I guess maybe I am looking for good/easy workouts0
