I want something to help me keep track of How many calories I burn through out the day at work and during workouts. I Just started exercising recently and I am very limited on what i can do due to injuries from an accident! I would like to keep track from where I am now so I can see the difference in what I will be doing after released from Dr. Any other suggestions are appreciated! Thanks:))

Activity trackers are excellent, I love mine.0

I've heard there are some better than others and definitely want to get one that is most accurate for sure! And I feel like it will help me stay motivated to try harder to!0

In one year I have gone through 3 Fitbit flex's. They are kind enough to replace them for free but the batteries do NOT last.
I eventually gave up and I am currently looking for something different.0 -

Getting my Fitbit was a real game changer for me. It opened my eyes.0

Fitbits all calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and sync with MFP. Which model you choose is entirely a matter of personal preference—and price.
You can learn more in the Fitbit Users group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users
I lost the weight & have maintained for a year thanks to MFP + Fitbit. Fitbit challenges are great motivation—and fun.0 -
I like my Flex; it lets me eat more, lol. And it is small enough for me to wear all the time. I have only had it for a month though.0

Well this is the first time I've used MFP and it is definitely an eye opener for me! I don't even want to eat bad so I don't have to record it and feel ashamed! I just need an extra boost! Thanks for the replies! I'm going to check into these and see which fits me best!0

I've had the Fitbit Charge for a month now and it's great! It tells you how many steps you take (goal is 10,000/day) so you can keep track all day, the amount of calories you burn, how many miles you have walked and how many flights of stairs you have walked. It also monitors your sleep and you can set it to wake you up with a silent alarm (this has changed my mornings!!) I usually go on with my day normally and then adjust my evening walk depending on how many more steps I need in my day to reach my goal. It also syncs with MyFitnessPal which is believe is the best invention ever!0

I love my Fitbit Charge HR. Before I got it, I was really on the fence and wondered if it would do anything to assist once the novelty wore off, but 6 months later, I wear it daily and definitely move more. I'm a competitive person, so it really does make me get off my butt! Since getting it I do things like get off a train station early on the way to work, walk the long way home, have a greater understanding of my actual caloric needs... I guess you get out what you put in, but I've never had any buyers remorse.0

I've been using my Fitbit Flex since May 2014 with no issues. It helps me get moving every day and I credit it for my weight maintenance while I wasn't tracking my food for a few months0

I have a Fitbit Charge and I LOVE it. I had the One before and loved that one also, but it fell off one too many times. It is definitely a great motivational tool. I love being able to earn more calories throughout the day.0

DH and I both have Fitbit Ones, they are game-changers for us as they both motivate and sync with MFP. We both like the One as we didn't want the bracelet style but we did want stair climbs and sleep tracking.0

I've had the fitbit zip since March. It's the best thing I could have done. It's helped go from sedentary, averaging 2,000ish steps a day up to at least 20,000 most days..
I don't take a single step with out it clipped on to me. You could say I'm addicted!!0 -
Here's a comprehensive review I used when making my purchase. Hope it helps!
