Falling off at Dinner & Working

Okay so I think my biggest problem is dinner. I do great at lunch. It's always really healthy, good calories, but the second I get home from work at 6 all I want to do is eat EVERYTHING. And I end up doubling my day's calories is three hours. I feel obliged to eat dinner with my family but since we don't all eat together at the same time I keep going back and taking more until I've eaten two or three servings. It's lile once itself there I can't stop myself.Then after dinner is done I go and find other things cause I just want to keep eating. Then I go upstairs and think I need to do better tomorrow. Help on what I should do please!!!!!

    Have you tried having a healthy snack between lunch and dinner so you're not so starved by dinner?? Also try drinking some water before dinner sometimes I think I'm hungry when I'm actually thirsty.
