lightly active or active?

That may seem like a stupid question but I really don't know where I fit. I'm a stay at home mom, I work out six days, cardio all six and strength three of those days.

If you're using MFP you want to enter your activity level before exercise. Depending on how active you are at home and with your children you could be either.0

I'm a stay at home mom who's very active in the gym 6 days a week as well, I consider myself in the "active" category b/c I also run around a lot doing errands, bring the kids places, laundry and what not. With exercise I get 9-10k steps a day on a usual day, 13-15k on a busy day.0
