I am at 106 at 5'2". But I have a jiggly bubble gut. I do 20 min of HIIT 6 days a week and another 20-30 min of either jogging, swimming or resistance 6 days a week. I eat all halal thy foods all week (unless I have a bad day sometimes lol) and I have one rest day where I rest and can choose some sweets and more carbs. I average about 1000 a day..my question is...is it true that I have to up my calories in order to not Plato? And if I do should I add things like peanut butter or granola?

At your stats, if you aren't lean its likely due to a lack of muscle. Agree with above, you need to eat more and lift heavy things.

I don't know what you look like, but liposuction or something else to tighten your tummy might be your answer. You can work out and diet all you want, but if there is just some extra skin there, you may need to have something done cosmetically to fix that. Plastic surgeons usually give free consultations even ask your regular dr to start.

NO. Hard work is free and doesn't leave scars.

Playing with your jump to conclusions mat today? Cuz wow. Lack of muscle mass -> you should look into cosmetic procedures. You win at logic today.

liposuction doesn't tighten skin. It removes subcutaneous fat. It does nothing to skin.

Assuming the muscles are sufficiently developed. Emaciated people and many runway models who are rail thin do not have a visible six-pack. So while diet is a large component, you can't show what isn't there.

No it's not, I've seen many people develop a six pack eating cookies and ice cream every night.

eat raw peanuts, rather than peanut butter. Much better for you. No salt. And delicious. I'd say learn to be happy with your body flaws and all. Having a flaw less body for most people is a ton of work.

The comment could mean food in terms of quantity too. It is often said getting a six pack is about diet, to contrast it with the idea that you get it from exercise.
