I am right there with ya. I saw a picture today of myself 5 years apart. YIKES! It isn't just the weight, I look old, and tired, and dull...as in not radiant. Time for some changes! I wish you the best!0
-
I'm totally going to join you in my own Rockin' July!! I need some extra motivation and support to get these last 10lbs off!! Great idea!!0
-
Thanks for the support ladies! Let's go for it! I'm sick & tired of being sick & tired!! It's time for change & change starts now!!! I'll post some of the mantras that I've found online & reworded the definitions a bit to apply them more towards my life. I'll post one per week & you can post your response to each on. Sound good?0

Cut & Paste your version of what I have listed below so we can support each other!

Week 1 Mantra:
Exercise Because You Can
What it means to me: There are many people that cannot walk, or even move. People who are bed-ridden or in wheelchairs. People that have become so out of shape that they cannot even walk up a flight of stairs. YOU can walk. You can exercise. You can do something healthy for your body!
The rules: post the mantra & what it means to YOU personally. Then, you read it out loud to yourself every morning when you wake up & again before you go to bed.0 -
I am so ready to rock July0

TracyHlucky! I totally used your mantra during my run today! I haven't ran in a few weeks due to a minor surgery that I had to have, but today was my first day back and I needed a little extra encouragement. So I used your idea and thought about how good it actually felt to be running, rather then the fact that I felt like dying! Lol!0

That's awesome Becky!!
