How about a few now, maybe a few later? What if you only need a few to get past the cravings, and then if it comes back you would still have some instead of inhaling all of them and be forced to buy more.0

I like to dip my nuggets in honey. Double dose of poison - McDonalds AND sugar... I live life on the edge!0

It's also 940 calories. I'm in.
oh that's not to shabby!!!
I won't eat them because I don't eat McDonalds- I boycotted them years ago for other reasons. I have no problems with their food- I'd just prefer to get my mcnuggets from somewhere like KFC. LOL0 -
For some reason I never liked KFC chicken. Like, the Double Down would have been a dream come true for my tubby *kitten* if it were anyone else's chicken.0

I think that, in order to stay sane and not completely give up due to deprivation (which I've done before), you have to give yourself some leeway every now and then. You could opt for a smaller portion (maybe a 6 piece), have a bit of ranch with it, and eat something healthier on the side. Getting it at the drive through might be helpful so you can't go back for seconds. Then, pick up where you left off and go back to healthier choices0

you can get em and split em with me0

KFC had some crispy flavored nuggets for a minute some years ago. They were amazing but I don't think they have them anymore? I'm surrounded by Popeye's and Church's so I wouldn't know.0

Do you have a chick-fil-A around? they have a 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets for 200 calories. Shoot, buy three servings for 600 calories...0

Eat fried eggs quickly , or I guess any food healthy with healthy fat.
My sister started to have these weird cravings for chicken nuggets awhile back when she started dieting. It was weird as she does not usually even like chicken nuggets.
She did a quick search and found out that such strong cravings (especially when you are still eating a reasonable calorie count) could be your body missing something. She checked her "nutrition" pie chart in myfitnesspal and found out she was not having enough fat!! She had some fried eggs that day, then played with her food to have more healthy fats regularly and voila cravings stopped

I have B.E.D. Last year I ordered 40 McDonald's chicken nuggets with ranch. That was a pretty big binge. I crave them sometimes too, but only get them a few times a year.0
