    My tip - Don't obsess over the number on the scale, because weight fluctuates a lot anyway during the month. :) Maybe your body is happy with the weight you're at, even if you think it's too high. Even if you lose those 8 pounds to hit your magic number, it's going to bounce around by up to 5 pounds either direction (sometimes daily!) depending on what you've had to drink/eat, how much you've eliminated, etc. ;) Focus on how your clothes fit, and how you feel. If you really want to lose those 8 pounds, make sure you are logging everything accurately and only eating back some of your exercise calories. Be honest with yourself. Set your MFP goal to 1/2 pound per week and give it a shot. :)
