                    Hi everyone
I've lost 17 lbs so far, and when my daughter saw this, she told me my 6 month old grandaughter, Keira had just been weighed, and she weighs 17lbs, so I've lost a Keira!!
What weighs the same as your weight loss?

You know, 16lbs. is the weight of the heaviest bowling ball. You've lost more than that, which is truly impressive. Actually, I am right about where you are when you consider weight I lost before I started MFP. That feels pretty good, I too lost a Keira (or bowling ball)0

2 car tyres and 2 guinea pig.............. wondered where those spare tyres had gone0
 -
So I lost the average newborn baby stuck to the worlds largest ball of tape.0

At the beginning of the week I celebrated losing my daughter! Well, the weight of my 2 year old (28lbs), its awesome but a wee bit scary too!0

            I've lost a car tire. Wow!0
 -
OMG, I've lost my head! That would explain a lot... :laugh:0

I've lost two housecats and three guinea pigs! LOL
I actually did a test today, I got one of my hiking rucksacks and kept filling it with stuff until my scale read how much I had lost. I was shocked when I tried to lift it. It was the most fantastic feeling to "feel" how much weight I have lost from my body... Numbers on a scale are one thing, but when you can actually hold the amount of weight you have lost it is so impressive!0 -
Congrats, before clicking on the post I googled Keira and found a model that looked like she was 90lbs. So I thought you might have...0

            Hi everyone

I've lost 17 lbs so far, and when my daughter saw this, she told me my 6 month old grandaughter, Keira had just been weighed, and she weighs 17lbs, so I've lost a Keira!!
What weighs the same as your weight loss?
I thought at first you meant Kiera Knightly, who also looks to weigh about 17 pounds.
Googling "weighs 24 pounds," my first result was that a giraffe heart weighs 24 pounds. So I'll go with that. I lost a giraffe's heart.0 -
according to your chart I've lost the "chemical additives an American consumes each year" - wow, that's an eye opener...I'm happy to loose that - in fact chemical-wise, I'm sure I lost more that than since having quit smoking! (8 yrs ago)0
 -
I've lost what my dog weighs... lol.
Sorry. It's all I have to offer. My kids are older, so I won't be "losing" one of them. LOL0
