    Hi All,

    I am in the UK. I am in Berkshire. I am also new to MyFitnessPal.

    I lost just over 6 stone across 2002-2004, dropping from a size 20 to a size 10, and felt really good in myself. I maintained until 2008 and since then weight has been creeping back on. Working for a big Crisps company in the UK the temptation has been all too great. I can't blame the washing machine for shrinking my clothes! MyFitnessPal is just what I need to be thinking about what I am about to eat. I have found it's just what I needed to get me back on track. I weighed in today and had lost just over 2lb's and I am starting to see my waist and hips reduce.
