Hello,
So I'm at maintenance now and my TDEE is 2600-2800 and I'm happily maintaining on that. However, I keep feeling anxious that I'm not 'doing it right', and that when I strength train I didn't work hard enough and so on. Does anyone else have any issues with such things and have any tips to help stop it?

The fact that you have reached maintenance shows that you absolutely know what to do and what to eat and you do it properly. Try to replace your doubts with memories of how well you've done have some much deserved confidence in yourself and allow yourself to enjoy your accomplishments and know that you will maintain what you have worked so hard to achieve.0

I think the transition to maintenance deserves as much attention and education as the weight loss process does, but it seems to be neglected. Could be why many people put the weight back on.
Great job at reaching your goal, OP! Changing the mindset from physically losing weight and seeing your results to maintaining can make you feel a bit let down at times. Kind of like, "Now what?". I highly suggest setting new goals - fitness related, preferably. Having a new set of goals to look forward to is the key, IMHO.0 -
Have no way of knowing how recently you transitioned to maintainence, so cant speak to it specifically.
In general terms, anxiety due to change tends to lessen over time.
The one tip I would give to just about everyone that uses sites like this, is to stay off the scale. Ppl weight themselves way to frequently, and then obsess over changes that are within normal fluxuation ranges due to water retention and other transient factors.
Starting out, once or twice a week, at most, is sufficient. Once you get into the routine, you've dialed in your eating program, and you're making progress, twice a month or less is all you need.
Your obviously "doing it right", cause it got you here, and your maintaining. When that changes, your body will let you know.
