I'm two days into my journey...im teying to manage fibromyalgia and pcos through diet change. Im struggling with cravings very badly. I need to avoid bread potatoes etccm because of my elevated insulin levels ..any suggestions? Also , I am nit meeting my calorie goals ! But im eating ....

I'm on day two as well. Try googling light foods. Or skinny diets. Cauliflower is supplemented in a lot of things because it has a thicker and yeasty feeling. Strawberries and blueberries help me fight a lot of cravings. And if you like dried fruit I would definitely recommend that. You can make cabbage wraps with ground turkey meat. I had that for lunch! Definitely hit the spot0
