I just got this app a couple days ago. I'm really hoping it gets easier, as I'm having problems with it. I was inputting my food and it took yesterday's lunch and inserted it into today's slot. I can't figure out how to get it back off.

This app came highly recommended by my doctors office so any help would be great.

If you press the icon at the top of your diary that looks like a pencil you can delete the incorrect entries. It does get easier to log as you go. Things you eat regularly can be found in recent foods for quick selection. I also find the bar scanner option really useful for quick entering foods. Just remember to measure the amount you are using and check it against the serving size.

You can also copy the meal to yesterday's lunch, then delete the items from today's lunch.

Don't give up. Welcome to MFP. It works. It only takes a few days to get used to the app. Hang in there.

Thank u both for responding. I'm not as tech savvy as some so it takes a bit longer to figure out. But I'm fiddling with it trying to learn my way around more. I do like using the barcode option whenever I can.

It also helps to use the webpage on a computer if possible. Sometimes the Apps can be a little more confusing than the actual site to navigate through. Just go to www.myfitnesspal.com and log in. Hope this helps.
