Raspberry Mango Smoothie

2 Glasses
1 cup frozen (or fresh) mango
½ cup frozen (or fresh) raspberries
2 dried apricots
1½ cup water
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Add for Filling Variety

½ cup rolled oats
½ cup natural cashew nuts

1. Blend frozen mango, raspberries, dried apricots and pomegranate seeds. Finish and serve if you want a light and refreshing version.
2. For the more filling version, instead begin with the dry blender and add rolled oats and cashew nuts and blend to a flour. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve right away!
