Please add me.. I'd like someone to motivate me and who I can help to be motivated...after 2 weeks of losing weight in back to my old ways x

Don't forget this doesn't happen over night, it is gradual changes, you should take a picture of yourself right now and make yourself determined as possible to see how much you can change in two weeks time, take another picture and compare the differences, if this doesn't work start setting yourself small goals instead of having a huge goal such as 'Lose XXXX. Amount of weight this year' - make weekly goals to try and lose 1-2lbs, this should help you out a lot, again if this doesn't work then drop me an add and I'll see what I can do0
