Finding things hard. Love my food and have reached a plateau

Ah, a plateau...I so wish I was on a plateau right now (LOL). I am just starting my weight loss. But I do remember the last plateau I was on left me stranded for weeks and weeks. Have you tried really really restricting for a couple of days and then having a really good blow out day just to mix things up a little. I worked through my last plateau by keeping my sugar really down, doing a little workout right after breakfast every day, and eating six mini meals a day. It worked. I hope you can blast through this. (You will with persistence)0
