Yummy healthy dessert:
Ingredients:
Yoghurt of your choice
Healthy dark chocolate chips (optional)
Strawberries (optional)

Method:
1. Get a plate or baking tray and put baking paper, foil or plastic onto plate....
2. Add as much yoghurt as you like onto prepared plate or baking tray I tend to use a lot
3. Add on top of yoghurt your chic chips (optional)
4. Then put the yoghurt in the freezer for 40min
5. Take out of freezer than brake with hands or knife into bark pieces.
6. Than serve with cut up strawberries

    Sounds great, will try this week. A recipe I love is to take tinned pears (or any cooked fruit), cover with light sour cream, sprinkle with brown sugar and stick under the griller (I think in the US they're called broilers). Grill until sugar caramelises. I heat the pears in the microwave first.

    4th of July dessert. Sugar free vanilla pudding, lite cool whip, strawberries, blueberries and (optional - angel food cake in small pieces) It was really good!!
