One Flat out or Tortilla of your choosing (I chose multigrain flat out)-100 cal
One whole egg and one egg white-81 cal
Diced Green Bell peppers ( I used about 1/4 cup)-7 cal
Diced Onion (about 1/4 cup)- 17 cal
1/3 cup of Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles-40 cal
One tablespoon of Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme-28 cal
Non stick cooking spray

Spray pan with cooking spray add bell peppers, onion, and sausage. Sautee until hot and veggies are slightly soft.
Whisk eggs together and add salt and pepper if you choose, then pour eggs into pan with sausage and veggies.
Meanwhile heat flat out/tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds or until warm, and spread cooking creme on it
Scramble eggs and mixture until eggs are cooked.
Place in flat out/tortilla and roll up!

The cooking creme really makes this delicious. It replaces sour cream, cheese, and salsa therefore saving you calories!!
I am addicted to these. I think next time I will add green chiles.
