    Hi - just started about a week ago. Need to lose about 35-40 lbs. been doing good so far but the first couple of weeks are the hardest for me. We can do this!! ;)

    You should try intermittent fasting its a great way to loose weight. L lost 6 pounds last week give it a try and best of luck!!!!

    I am just heading into month 2 fully committing to MFP. I have dabbled before but never really used it to its full potential. My first week was easy. I was motivated and saw the pounds drop, hello water weight. Week 2 was almost the end of me. I starting remembering my old habits and was hungry ALL the time. Now though a month in. I am walking away from sweets which was my downfall and starting to think about the Macros. I need to lose 40 pounds.
