I'm 32 years old and extremely over weight. Trying to loose 80 to 100 lbs without diet pills or injections. Any weight loss tips, recipes, and exercise advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Follow your MFP recommended calorie intake. Find those lower calorie foods that you enjoy and spend the money on them, drink lots of water, keep your food simple. Try and avoid sauces and things with lots of hidden calories. I find if I get most of my calories from lean proteins (chicken breasts are low in calories), fruits and veggies I am full and my limited calories will get me through the day.
The message boards are great for motivation, especially reading others' success stories! Just think a week from now, you can be sharing how much you lost in week 1! Welcome!0 -
