I'm feelin full of love for all my MFP friends today, I am starting to feel TONS better about myself and starting to feel the benefits of weight loss, It feels fantastic to be able to do things without thinking "Meh, I gotta get off my *kitten* and move" It's easier to get about, tie shoelaces, get in and out of the car etc etc and it's a lot to do with this amazing place..I've been losing weight for about 8 weeks now, and that's unheard of for me.. I've normally given up after a few days and back to being a slob.

I still feel totally full of optimism that I can get to my targets and the best thing is I'm LOVIN the journey!

MEGA MEGA MEGA THANKS TO YOU ALL!! I couldn't do this without you!!

    24lb - that's brilliant!

Like you, I've tried and blown it loads of times.
I've never used the community before though and I've been good for 2 weeks now.
It's a short time, but I feel far more positive this time thanks to sharing with others and all the support and encouragement.

Heres to success for us all :D ...Sue

Well done Neil. What you fail to mention is the tremendous amount of hard work that you are putting into this and the great positive attitude that you have, not only towards your battle but the great encouragement that you offer others along the way.

Good luck mate and keep on succeeding.
