I was thinking what deceived1 said. It's awesome when you look healthier even as you are getting older. Congrats!0

WOW! You Rock! This is an inspiration to us all that are living with disabilities that we can do some sort of exercise!0

Yes... exactly that. It is never about what you can't do. It's always about what you can, 'cause what you CAN do is what will get you somewhere.
Obviously I can't do exercises that involve standing, so I don't do 'em. All my strength training is on the floor, or sitting on a bench. I use dumbbells and kettlebells.0 -
You look so fit and confident. Amazing inspiration!!0

Great job!! You look awesome and so much happier. You should be so proud. Congratulations.0

So inspiring.....
You Sir have risen above so many obstacles and totally owned them. Well done....
There are many people on the forums who do not struggle with such obstacles yet they are totally overwhelmed, whingey and give up, bleating about how tough their lives are.
Seeing inspiring individuals such as yourself achieving so much and being so successful can give others either a bit of a reality call kick in the pants. Inspiring life stories such as your own can also help others struggling with their own physical illnesses/disabilities - maybe give them courage to keep on going, push through the down times and to keep on trying/modifying diet and exercise too.
Congratulations on finding your own unique way make your life better. I wish you all the continued success.0 -
Way to go! I love seeing folks with different challenges being healthy. I have AS, and may need mobility assistance some day. You'll be my inspiration to stay fit!0

I've definitely gained back a significant amount over those 4 years (about 20 lbs here and there), but I ALWAYS bounce back. I just can't let myself go back permanently. The colder/darker months are always a challenge.

Congratulations ! Amazing work - a healthier and happier you!0

You are amazing! I lift heavy (not medically cleared for cardio) so I know how much work is involved! I have an invisible disability (I'm chronically ill and have pain issues related to my disease) and know how difficult it is to be consistent and work around limitations even though mine are way less than yours! Great job!0

You're amazing!!! Congratulations on your progress!! You're an inspiration!!!0

You have emerged from a cave of fat and you look like a really wonderful guy. There are always some difficulties in life so the important thing now is to create some good habits for how you can comfort and strengthen yourself when life gets tough. You used to use food. Now you might use exercise, meditation, friends, reminders of how far you have come etc. I wish you every happiness.0

Holy smokes. 50-70 miles a week? Your a beast!!! You just radiate! Love that smile. Yes, maintenance is just as much a challenge as losing. And you should be proud. Keep up the good work!!!0
