As I said yesterday, I lost nothing this past week and it was believed to be caused by me letting myself slip a little.
So today I started fresh. I ate a beautiful breakfast and lunch. Also I plan on working out on the gazelle for about 30 minutes now..
But please, I want to have some extra motivation!!!!! I wanna be that hot girl in school come September. I wanna walk on the beach and not worry about a thing.
sEND ME A QUOTE, A PICTURE OF A CELEBRITY, OR A STORY ???? ANTHING MOTIVATIONAL TO HELP ME STEP IT UP THIS MONTH!!!!

We are actually similar in starting weight, and have the same final goal.
You CAN DO THIS!
I actually hit a plateau then injured myself so I had to slow down ALOT the past month and have finally started losing again.
Do you take pictures of yourself? as you are proressing? They are really truly helpful, because when you are feeling low, due to little/no loss, or you REALLY want something bad, look at those old pictures and remember what you dont want to go back to!
Youve come a LONG way already! Look at that number, youce already gone down 26 lbs!0 -
You can do this!!!!!
Wow you've already lost 26 pounds!!! Don't let all that hard work go now! Remember all is good with moderation. So if you want chocolate, have some within reason. No reason why you should deprive yourself! Keep up the GREAT work!!

One day at a time! Don't let yesterday dictate your tomorrow!
You've already had good success, and there is no reason why you can't continue. If you feel you've hit a wall, then change your diet, eating times and/or exercise routines. But you said you "slipped" so you already know the choices that you made last week that didn't work for you. Use that negative reinforcement to help you make the right choices this week.

I have difficulty staying motivated too!! Message me anytime you need to talk0
