I have a question can you all help me...I need oponions

I'm a professional boxer but I don't have a nutritionist yet I'm about 5 11 and I walk around 158 pounds but I fight at 140 pounds...my question is I work out hard and run a lot do I need to eat more calories to lose weight cause I feel my body goes in starvation mode and holds on where I don't lose that much weight and I feel dizzy sometimes but I drink water and I don't be that hungry but I drop a lot of calories

    Only way to find out is to try and raise your caloric intake. How many calories have you been getting when you feel you are in starvation mode

    I would say talk to a nutritionist. If you're not getting enough calories because you're not feeling hungry and so not eating, try swapping things out for calorie dense items. Don't even have to be 'junk food' items. Something like cashews, maybe. Actually, a lot of nuts pack a lot of calories into a small handful.
