35 pounds lost and training for my first 1/2 marathon!

I started using MyFitnessPal many times with the goal to lose weight. However, after a few days, I'd forget or it got too hard and I'd quit yet again. Then after a particularly unflattering photo 9 months ago, I decided I needed a change. Thanks to MyFitnessPal, I've dropped 35 pounds and am training for my first half-marathon. If I can do it, anybody can. Just don't give up!

    What was your daily exercises and stuff like ?? Wonderful job btw !! I started 28 days ago and am down 7 lbs .. 36 more to go !!!!! And I will be at 135
