I prefer my salmon filets with a side of butternut squash! I'm the worst cook and I like to make things simple on myself. I usually go with packaged salmon or chicken rub some spice on it, fry it on a pan, microwave a side of frozen vegetables, and I'm good to go!
Breakfasts are usually where I tend to change-up every week. My new favorite is low-fat vanilla fage with granola and fruit.
Lunch is whole grain bread with tuna (or deli meat and cheese) and side of salad.0 -

I LOVE mixing up my salads...I eat one every day for lunch but don't always use lettuce. There are 100s of ways to get fruits & veggies in with your protein! Pinterest is a good place to start but have fun creating your own!0
