Hi! I have been overweight most of my life. I finally decided enough is enough! I began this lifestyle change on May 30. I became an Independent Distributor for It Works! which is a health and wellness company. How could I possibly be a good representative of the products if I was nearly 100 lbs overweight?!? So I downloaded this app, started going to the local YMCA, counted calories carefully, avoided pop and drink lots of water, and started using their products. In 2 weeks I have lost 13.5 lbs. I know that I probably won't keep losing this much weight in this short time period, but it has given me the motivation to continue. I am so excited to see the transformation in the mirror! Also, I have more energy and my clothes for better. Some are even too big! My hope is that I will soon no longer need blood pressure medicine, and will no longer be pre-diabetic. I want to have confidence when out in public--not wanting to hide my body!

That all being said, if I can do it, anybody can. It's definitely hard to avoid temptation, but seeing the numbers drop on that scale every morning is a great feeling! Hang in there! You CAN do this!!

You got this! It starts from within. Change your mindset and how you view yourself. Continue to live like you are and continue to be disappointed with your results or do the dirty work of being honest with yourself, develop a solid plan based on the 3 keys of fitness: Nutrition, Exercise, and Support. There is no magic pill, tea, wrap, that will change your life. It's up to you and I know that you have the strength in you to start and get it done. Feel free to add me!

Hello :) I am an active support for my friends by liking and commenting on statuses and updates :) If you are willing to do the same, please feel free to add me with a little message about yourself! And no, I'm not a coach :)
