Trying to get motivated

I am sitting here trying to pick my butt up out of this chair to exercise. I caught a bad head cold recently and still want to exercise! Does anyone have any ideas for self motivation?

    Just get it. Just go for a walk. Doesn't have to be something big. Start small...think big.
