    Nice to meet you Elise I start my journey with a hundred and eighty five pounds to lose I lost 32 pounds and 6 week on the Ideal Protein Diet check it out a lot of people losing weight on this diet is so easy you can lose approximately 4 to 5 pound every week check facebook Ideal Protein diet support group good luck if you need any help send me any message I'll be more than happy to answer it I have more videos since day one I start the diet until now.

    Hey all
    I started my journey on September 1, 2014 and to date i am down 88 pounds. The weight is now coming off slow. I would like to drop 120 by September 1, 2015 but I'm not sure if that will happen but i should atleast drop 104 pounds in a year which is a healthy weight loss amount. I need friends that realize this is a life style and it's not about dropping lbs but about being a better person.

    Michelle from the Chicago burbs. I'm 5'9" and 291. Ugh. There, I've said it/admitted it... Can the healing finally start? In 2012 I was around 200# and running regularly. A broken foot in 2012 followed by a broken ankle in 2015,, plus a major job change (and then loss) and bam! I'm up 91 lbs in three years! I need friends on here! My goal is to be more involved with this site than I am with Facebook!

    Personal change. Whether it’s making a new habit or breaking an old one, personal change is never easy. Add to that the fact that there are many theories and approaches to change makes personal change and that makes it all the harder. We’re hoping to demystify change in our articles.
