Hey everyone! I bought a cookbook few years ago, made a few recipes out of and then forgot all about it. Well, I just pulled it out again today and will be using it A LOT!!! It's The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook and I highly recommend it. It's full of great recipes that uses "normal", easy to get ingredients. I for one absolutely can't stand ground turkey, yet a lot of "healthy" recipes call for it. This cookbook doesn't. It uses a lot of different meats, including lean ground beef. Plus, it has all the nutrition information and you can eat a lot and stay within your caloric goal. Just wanted to share my "find". Good luck everyone!
