HELP! Weight and inches not correlating!

For weeks and weeks I was stuck on 120lbs (ish) but felt like I was losing a fair few inches from my stomach. Now I've started losing weight again I feel like I've gained inches back on my stomach or at least not looking so toned. What's going on?!

It's probably relative. Now that your body is smaller your stomach looks relatively less tight. I had that experience... just keep going.0

i had the same thing happen to me... i'm just going to keep doing what i'm doing... eventually it will even out0

switch up your workouts!
like a previous poster said, as you loose lbs, you'll have to "re-tone".
muscle memory is probably to blame. your muscles might not be challenged by your current workouts. you might want to try a new fitness class, or try some machines you don't normally use, and up the amount of reps you do. as you get more toned, it gets tougher to build muscle, so you just have to keep working at it.0
