New & have 70lb to lose!

Hi all

I have been trying to lose this weight for over a year, I did it in 2011/2012 then had my 3rd baby and he's now 16 months and I cant seem to stay on track. I have 70lb to lose and could really be doing with some help and encouragement to really motivate me to stay on track.

Please feel free to add me, I will also encourage as best I can.

I'm also UK Based

    Welcome! I'm new too - trying to lose about 35 pounds. We can do this!

    You can do it! I am on my way to lose 70lbs... 39 gone so far. Just keep chipping away at it until you get there.

    Great name by the way! (I am a Doctor Who fan. I loved Sarah Jane Smith).
