Reached my latest goal - a week short of 8 months (there was a one month sabatical over XMAS)
The change in my size is great (well more than great) but what I am most excited about is my new found energy and just general health - what a fantastic bonus!!

These were my workout pants when I started going to the gym in September 2010 :-)
