I am allergic to whey protein it gives me head aches and breaks me out I have herd of this organic protein. But my question is do I necessarily need the powder to get gains. I am 4 foot 11 inches tall and weigh 104lbs and I am doing strength training and have been for about 3 months I work out 5 days a week do 2 days of cardio. I am still new to this! I'm seeing changes definitely happen but I feel like if I was having the protein intake I would see more. Another question how do I count my macros?

You don't need the protein powder, you can add protein other ways as well. You can add extra protein just by having a glass of soy milk after a workout or an egg, some nuts. Lots of protein choices besides the powders
However, Soy protein powders are an option.0 -
