just found out a month ago. 14 lbs lost so far on my own version of Atkins. Looking to share recipes with others in same boat. I'm getting tired of same food every day.

    I'll friend you and you can look at my foods for the past few weeks. Secret is keeping calories under 1800 and carbs under 60. The body burns things in this order. Alcohols first then carbs then fats. And finally protein. If you cut the alcohol and carbs your fat gets burned.
