Just curious if anyone else get's B12 injections??? I've been getting them once a week for the last 5 months. I LOVE THEM!!! I love the extra energy they give me and getting them really keeps me motivated. Just curious if anyone has ever had any side affects from getting them?

I take B12 orally. I am a vegetarian and I am deficient in it. It gives me a lot more energy. It is a water soluble vitamin so there shouldn't be any negative side effects.

I get the B12 injections as well once a week. It definitely boosts my energy levels and I have no adverse side effects from it.

I have taken them for months and I work at a clinic that gives them and I have never heard of anyone having side effects from it. I take B12 lipotriptic

Years ago I was on Lindora TWICE although the program wasn't for me I LOVED getting the daily vitamin B injection. I never felt better!! I had energy, my moods totally leveled out and I just felt really good. I wish there was a way I could inject myself because it is just too darn expensive to go to a weight loss clinic. It didn't do anything for my weight though just really felt natural energy :)

I have had one. My Dr. said every 5 weeks would be enough. It has been a couple of weeks and I still feel better than I did before the shot but not as good as the days right after it. I wish there was a self injecting shot--like an insulin pen or something.

My nephews arm started twitching from getting the shot in the same place. I don't know how often he was taking them or how long. I have had them for a couple years but only 1 every 3 months and they do give me energy that day.

is this better than taking it in pill form?
  • I am SUPPOSED to have the B12 injections for pernicious anemia, but I am really bad about doing it. As a matter of fact, I think I need to remember to do that when I get off the computer today :)
