My goal is to reach 2500 calories a day but have no idea how to do this as I'm trying to avoid dairy and peanut butter which seem to be included in every bulk plan. How can I set up a daily meal plan in order to reach my 2500 goal?

Can I ask why you are avoiding these foods?

Try to concentrate on nutrient-dense foods that have lots of calories per gram. That way you shouldn't have trouble eating the quantity of you need to reach 2,500 calories.

Also try to eat consistently throughout the day, breaking meals into, say, five meals of 500 calories.

Look at my diary. I eat 2550 calories daily. It's really not that hard once you do it one day... every day is easier after.

Why can't you eat dairy or peanut butter? Allergies?

Eggs, hamburger, coconut oil, butter, protein powder, chicken, fruits and vegs for vitamins/ fiber (you'll need it) If you can eat peanut butter I would, it usually has no cholesterol and is very calorie dense.

Eat breakfast, then 2 hours later have a shake, then eat lunch then have another liquid meal 2 hours later again. Eat dinner, if you still need some left over calories have a Poptart it has 400, (200 per pastry) calories, but isn't nutritious. If you do it this way, you'll get it. If you're trying to gain muscle lift heavy weights, if not don't really worry about what you eat, you'll gain mass.
