And what else, in what quantities
You weigh the ingredients and log them in the recipe builder
Then you weigh the total cooked dish and divide by how many 100g servings
Then you take your soup and log x number of servings0 -
Is that the only vegetable it contains? lol0

It all depends if it's homemade or store bought. I use a lot of recipes from allrecipes.com and they have a lot of the nutrition info. For me I will search MFP for certain foods and use my own judgement to figure out what calorie count to use. Recipe builder also sounds like a good way to go.0

thank you friends , i am getting better using MFT i have lost 22Kg and , It is becoming a way of life , I am very happy, and i do not consider myself on a diet. I became very concious of what I eat and stopped a lot of nonsense and unnecessary food. now i want to add my recipes to MFT database, without having to re write them again !0
