Trying to improve my mind and body... I happen to be my own worst enemy and I am working hard to change that. Currently I am the heaviest I have ever been and it STINKS!! Most of my weight comes from poor food choices, my bad eating habits, and a fear of exercise since a health scare I had August 2014...I have not worked out in 11 months!! I want to conquer my fears and get my life back!!

    Hi cbrainnerd809, ohh yes. The mind is a very powerful foe. I'm talking from experience in other areas of my life. Congratulations on your first step in the healthy direction! you have identified your issues, and that takes courage. Now, for the next step: repair the damage, and become healthy. I myself have never worked out prior. I enjoy walking, so i do that as my exercise. When ever I got time, I go out on a longer day hike.
    Start your exercises with something you enjoy. Start small and work towards pushing your boundaries.
