because when you restart, you get another chance to make things right.
I'm starting over yet again... I finally got on the scale after avoiding it for a while and practically broke down. I'm hoping this time I stick with my goals and lose the weight.
Any advice, suggestions, or tips are very much appreciated. Thanks everyone

It's not bad at all. And it's much better than giving up.
I'm focusing on changing one thing at a time, not revamping my entire life in one fell swoop.
I want to develop habits. I want my exercise and my food choices to be second nature, not something I have to consciously decide.
I log everything I put in my body. There's no point not doing so. My body will always reflect the truth.
I'm taking pictures. I wish I had done so the first time. I might not have derailed.0
