hi all my name is Laura, I have been nagged by my trainer to use fitness pal to log my macros. I'm slowly getting to grip with the diet and learning to experiment with food to reach my goals, I'm currently prepping for UK comps. So if anyone has any sweet recipes holla at me haha xx
