Need motivated

I am really struggling to stay motivated! I have another 18lb to lose and just don't seem to be losing it or able to stay focused. I had a baby 12 months ago n I'm tired etc any tips etc PLEASE HELP

    I wish I had an amazing response for you but unfortunately I don't. Sometimes you just have to do it not think about it not wait for the motivation just do it. You know in the long run you're going to feel better once your done. For me I find exercising in the morning is the best way to be sure I get a workout in, it stinks waking up a little earlier but this way I don't have the entire day to talk myself out of it. Come on you can do it those 18 lbs will be gone before you know it
