Third time lucky..and needing ideas.

I lost motivation twice and due to comfort eating I gained a little weight. But I am determined to be at my ideal weight by my birthday.

Any tips for light activities other than walking ?

    I struggle more with being 'creative' than anything but it's a slow process after all.

    www.fitnessblender.com has videos of different intensities--you might find some things there that strike your fancy and ability

    Dance classes? Maybe horseback riding? Swimming, pool running (so boring, though), aquarobics?
