Well people I am 26 year old and over the last 5 years, I have kept on munching a few hundred calories and now I weigh 69kg. I have started with a 1500 calorie per day diet and lil yoga, say for 15 minutes. I want to lose 20 kg within one year!
I want to live again, the moment of satisfaction, of having a gorgeous body!
