Hey all! So I've been thinking about looking into getting a small trampoline, like one just for a single person. My dad used to have one years and years ago, but I was wondering if anyone thinks this would be a good purchase fitness wise? Also if you have any suggestions on brands or anything like that? Thanks!

It's a great purchase. I had one for years that I used for my warm up or to do circuit training in the house. I recently sold it to a friend who is a fitness trainer. They are also great for making small children tired. :)

Trampolines give you a good calorie burn and are a great way to get in some cardio at home if you don't have a gym membership. I don't know how much the brand matters. I bought mine when Walmart was clearancing them out for $5.00!
  • I have one but I have never used it :-(!!! I am willing to start using it though and start tracking my progress though! Maybe you should do the same. Anything that gets the heart pumping couldnt be a bad thing. By the way congrats on your weight loss so far! I hope to be posting 28lbs lost soon!

I just was thinking of buying one this week. There were these workouts I saw and they called the mini trampoline a "rebounder". Look up all the exercises (rebounder) on the internet. Way cool and they look like they offer great resistance and stability, as well as endurance.

Good luck!! I know I will be investing in one soon.
