Retired new job getting healthy

I retired last month. I had a very stressful job which prohibited me from recovering from adrenal fatigue. I am determined to get my health back and lose all of this weight I've gained.

    Congratulations on your retirement and goal. After retiring from my stressful job, it took about 18 months to feel good. Don't be discouraged... It is so worth it!
