    Seriously its every night for me! I'm SO tired and I cant sleep. Insomnia sucks!

    As a life long insomniac have you tried a warm bath or reading?

    Take Ibuprofin PM.

    You probably have a lot on your mind, so it's running when it needs to be resting.

    Pray to God for peace of mind. He can quiet your soul. Also, take the PM medicine - sleep deprivation could lead to mental illness and you don't need that!
