So... if I work out... and earn more calories... do I HAVE to consume them in order to lose weight? I am ALREADY eating more than I am accustomed to with this program! lol

Yes when you have an intense workout, you need to add fuel to your body by eating a healthy meal to replenish the calories you've burned. Protein, carbs and veggies. How much exactly, that would depend on how much calories you've burned.0

You're right with the over estimate, there are times I login my workouts and my calories seem to triple the amount for me to eat0 -
You should not be eating more than you're accustomed to. You were obviously above or slightly above maintenance before if you were gaining/maintaining. This site gives you calories below maintenance. Weigh your food on a food scale if it feels like you're eating too much. Actually just weigh on the scale regardless.0
